Master’s student · Tsinghua Shenzhen International Graduate School

I studied synthetic biology as an undergraduate and now study evidence-based health engineering at Tsinghua Shenzhen International Graduate School. I am interested in how models address concrete problems. This site is a place to collect my projects and thoughts, alongside music, reading and travel.

Technical work

These are the project areas I am working on documenting. Methods, individual contributions and results suitable for sharing are still to be added.

MiniTIGER: generative recommendation and multi-channel retrieval

A project in generative recommendation, focusing on candidate generation and how retrieval channels work together.

Methods and scope
Implementation details, experimental setup and my contributions are still to be documented.
Results and evidence
No verifiable metrics or results are available to share yet.

Computational modeling of CHO cells

Computational biology work involving CHO cells and metabolic models.

Methods and scope
Model sources, constraints, research questions and my role are still to be documented.
Results and evidence
Research results and supporting analyses are not yet available for publication.

Beyond work

Travel, hiking, music, learning languages and reading. Over time, this site will also hold experiences and observations from outside my technical work.
